Herman Cain: "It's Not About Color!"

Yesderday, many candidates gathered in Des Moines, Iowa for Steve King's Conservative Principles Conference. Sadly, I could not attend, but I was intrigued by many of the speeches I saw. Check out this excerpt from Herman Cain:
